Changed lives: We know God has the power to change lives! He forgives us of the past and empowers us to change and move into our future! Hurts can be healed.

Harmony and unity: With so many dysfunctional relationships, people need a place of harmony and unity. We are going to see to it that God's family in our fellowship is a peaceful and harmonious one. Whining and bickering will be sent elsewhere.

Right purposes: The real Christian church has 5 biblical reasons for their existence. We have already studied them. These purposes we value and we will stay focused on them and not church administration and politics.

Ignited by love: As recipients of God's love and forgiveness, we want this fellowship to be a place where people can find God's love for themselves and their families.

Sense of the presence of Jesus Christ: We value experiencing the presence of the living God. We will seek it in all that we do.

Teachings of Jesus Christ: His teachings and way of life are of primary importance to us. We value the Christ life and we will do all we can to communicate it and live it.

Involved members: The pastors at Christ's Fellowship will be equippers. The Shepherd Group members are the ones who minister. We have a goal: every member a minister.

A respect for leadership: We respect all of our leaders at every level and we encourage following them. We are not to compete against our leadership, but we are to work in fellowship with them.

Nurturing in faith: The key to growth in Christ is to trust Jesus Christ. Everything we do in all our ministries, and in our worship is to lead others to trust the Master more. Nurturing and encouraging each other is the focus of our spirit, not competition.
